Super interesting restaurant, easy access from metro station (23rd). The restaurant is located near Flatiron building, which is... good spot to have lunch after a visit. Beautiful second floor decorated with pink cherry blossoms. On the first floor there are rainbow tables, which I appreciated... ?????????? The staff is friendly and I got my meal late and they didn’t charge for it, which was unexpected and nice of themto do. There is a lot of space in this Wagamama, you can choose anything you like. Awesome place! Excellent service! Zach, our waiter, was so helpful, conversational, friendly, polite, humourous, we loved... him!! There was a mistake with our order cause our English was not that good so we had one dish skipped by accident but Eduardo,the manager, took immediately care of it and served us the dish himself! Serving was fast, the bartender extremely helpful aswell! I had a blossom cocktail which was amazing!! Wish it was bigger ????. Looking forward to coming again. Food is always good and is the same across all of wagamama stores in NYC. Presentation is also very good and that of course adds... to the experience. The prices are reasonable for what the store offers. Great service! That was my first time in the MadisonSquare Park location. We dined outside. The interior looks a bit darker than other locations but is still pretty nice andmodern. Read more
One of my favorite places to visit when I'm in the city. I had some great cocktails and chicken ramen recently. Most of the food... I've tried in the past is great also.The deserts are really good too. Most of the time I get great service here, and I like theambiance overall. Read more
Huge space, nice layout. Easy to make reservations. However, The the service was just not right. As of dine-in restaurants, you... serve the water first, but we got the foods before the water. We also ordered 2 different draft beers, waiter brought 2 samebeer because they ran out of one of the beer we ordered. Don’t you usually get asked if I wanna order something else? We askedseveral times for sharing dish. The salad we ordered as appetizer came at the last of our meal. Everything tasted good but Iwouldn’t go back because of the service. Read more
This place was good. I had the bulgagoi noodles- it was on the sweet side. I enjoyed the Cod and noodles better. I didn't like... the margarita- it was watered down. The service wasn't great. I saw our waitress once when she took our orders. After it waswhat ever waiter we could grab as they were passing by. Read more
