When I say obsessed! Vivi is one of the greatest authentic boba tea spots that I love to go to in the city. Their chicken is... fried to perfection & all of their food is an overall hit! Don?t miss out going to one of their locations. Read more

The staff are all very nice and friendly, everyone is so nice and the place is clean. The food only took a couple minutes to... prepare. Along with that the prices are quite reasonable for the serving size you receive. There?s a nice range of seating areaand the food is very fresh. Good place if you are looking for bubble tea and food. Read more

They recommended Oreo cookie slush. And it was so delicious, they even let me use my own cup. It was so perfect. You all should... try this drink. ???????? Read more

The food and drink was good, but the service wasn?t. From reading the reviews, I?m starting to think that every comment about... ?the rude girl? is referencing the same person. I found her customer service to be bad. I?m new to bubble tea, and that wasclear from the moment I asked about a drink. It would?ve been nice to have a kind person help me figure out what I may beinterested in. Read more

We walked in and got an immediate attitude from the girl at the counter, because we asked about a specific flavor, she jumped... down our throat and said: ?We don?t have!!? We asked for the 2nd flavor and she acted frustrated like we should order only fromthe top 16 sellers. After getting the BOBA, we are thoroughly disappointed. We are all 3 avid Bubble Tea aficionados, and thesedrinks made us sick. What a waster of $21 dollars, time and a 10 min walk. Disgusting and disgusted. Read more

Feels like we?re back in Taiwan! Top notched bubble tea with a huge variety of authentic classics and creative additions. Range... from fruit teas, milk teas, pudding, etc. Great Taiwanese street food/Bento (Taiwanese sausage, popcorn chicken, Katsu). Decentpriced for Manhattan area. Definitely recommend!!! Read more

Ordered a large flaming brown sugar milk tea. Usually they have the crunchy caramelised bits but there wasn?t any today. Their... popcorn chicken is great but which they had consistent pricing across the stores in midtown and UES. It?s $1 more. $6.9 in UESVS $5.9 in midtown Read more
