So I ordered my food as I was on my way to the restaurant. I was only 10 mins away. I walked inside and I stated my name and... that I placed an order online. The female behind the counter stated that it will be 30mins till I get my food because I orderedon postmates. I was ok with that, I told her I would return. I stood in my car parked in front of the restaurant for the whole30mins. As soon as I recieved a text that my food was ready (30 mins later). I jumped out of my car and went inside to retrievemy food. Within 2 mins I was handed my order. I walked out, sat in my car and opened up the food containers. (I didn't driveaway, I ate in place) Well, I was beyond disappointed. The food was cold. I ordered the brisket platter with Mac and Cheese andMashed potatoes. Everything was cold. So I ask, was my food sitting there for 30mins? Could they have given me my food sooner?The food was definitely sitting for a bit in order for it to get cold. My order was $30+. I don't mind paying premium price, butI also expect premium food & service in return. I don't see myself ever returning. Food was mediocre at best. Even cold itshould taste good in my opinion. I must say Chelsea was great, but the kitchen are horrible. I was told my order would be done in 15 minutes. I placed my order... at 12:29pm and it?s 1:20pm when I finally received my order. For friend pickles almost an hour wait is not acceptable. Read more

This food is inedible. Probably the worst take out I?ve ever ordered. Dry chicken with excessive seasoning, over cooked mac and... cheese, repulsive collard greens. Just about everything was bad, as in really bad. No wonder there are so many bad reviews. Read more

The staff were amazing, the restaurant was clean, the fries were great, the wings I paid 20$ for were NOT GOOD IN THE SLIGHTEST!... Very fatty and weird taste, go to Pee Dee in Harlem for WAYYYY CHEAPER and WAYYY BETTER BBQ wings. My nickname is chickenbecause I love it that much and I had to throw these out. Read more

Best BBQ in the neighborhood! Glad they're in the UWS now. Ordered from their app and received rewards. BBQ wings and ribs were... my faves. Best wings I've ever had! Husband loves the mac n cheese and banana pudding. I don't even like desserts, but lovedtheir banana pudding and could eat a whole quart by myself! Friendly staff, quick and easy pickup.
