Saturday night 8pm after a long day of walking and doing some Christmas NYC sightseeing. Needed quick and easy. Hot, fresh,... plentiful and visually appealing. Oh and tasted great. Kids loved the pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. For Times Square areaand Port Authority my expectations were low. Exceeded and then some. Friendly staff. Lots of choices. Read more

The reheated pizza was mediocre at best. But the attitude of the staff was atrocious; some yelled at you, and while others just... blankly stared at you while shrugging gormlessly. While we were there a member of staff turned up the volume of the tv way up,so with that and the staff all yelling at one another, all made for a rather unpleasant experience. Read more
It's extremely unfortunate even though these individuals work very hard throughout covid pandemic. And the job was secure I... would assume that things would improve as far as communications concerned. I went there to ask the individual that works therethat I believe is Dominican heritage such as I am How much is the items the spaghetti. SHE DIDN'T KNOW THE PRICES EVEN THOUGHSHE IS THE PERSON SERVING THE SPAGHETTI . And looked at me in in astonishment as though I want more of a conversation ? Icouldn't disagree more. ALL I'M SUGGESTING IS THAT IF I GO FOR A PIZZA WHEREVER IT IS THAT THE PERSON THAT'S SERVING IT TO MESHOULD KNOW THE PRICE OF IT. IT SHOULD NEVER BE A SURPRISE OR THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO ASK OTHER COWORKERS HOW MUCH IS IT. IMEAN THIS IS WHAT THEY DO ALL DAY IS SERVE FOOD ITEMS IT'S REGULAR TO ASSUME THAT THEY SHOULD KNOW THE PRICE OR INDICATE TO YOUWHERE YOU CAN GET THE CORRECT PRICE OF THE ITEM IT'S NOT A GUESSING GAME. It is always lovely to get some pizza when you are headed to the Port Authority! The building is breathtaking once you glance... at it from the transit hub. From the sidewalk, you'll see the high-definition advertisement jumbo screen above the restaurant. It immediately draws your attention to the building. The modern architectural design with earthy tones along the building is oneof a kind. The restaurant is on the ground floor. Mac & cheese is popular here. The food is satisfying and natural. The pizzaslices are large, and the toppings are nicely balanced, set into the cheese deep enough to be embedded in the lightly bronzedmozzarella cheese.
