Good value for the food but they should figure out a way to prevent the pho noodles from sticking together. For the three times... that I ordered from them, their pho noodles were always sticking together to a blob and there?s no way to disentangle them, noteven with boiling water. Read more

The food was fresh and delicious first time I ordered, but it is getting worse every time I order. Last time I found nasty hairs... in the food. I gave them another chance and ordered Lemongrass Pork Bun for lunch today, but I am super disappointed again. Somesort of hair found again from the food and veggies were not fresh. It looked like the food was prepared and sat out for a longtime. I don't think I will never go back again. Read more

This place is so good. I used to get from the location on the west side called saiguette. Best chicken from anywhere. I get the... juicy boneless chicken thigh. This is the BahnMi version. Also comes on a platter with rice and veggies. Soup is ????????????too. This and the cah cha. I like to get it w shrimp. Haven?t gotten anything bad here. There was a tiny roach in my soup, disgusting. I called the restaurant for a refund for the order because the food was prepared... in unhygienic kitchen. Not only they had terrible attitude while speaking on the phone with me, would only refund credit for thesoup i got, they also did NOT apologize at all. I?ve been ordering from this place for a long time too, and this is verydisappointing. Is an apology so hard for having roach in the food that you prepared for your customer? Read more
