Got the umami burger box and the tots (OMG THE TOTS - so good). Give 4 stars for food AND ?- Would give 2 stars for the... service?. There weren?t many people waiting but appeared they were working on some other orders. I approached the counter for apick up order and was not acknowledged. I finally said ?hi! Hello!? And was also ignored. I basically felt like I screamed itagain and was then acknowledged. I work in customer service and know it?s not an easy job but - still a job and acknowledgingcustomers, even if busy and unable to assist in that moment, makes a big difference. Read more
The burger is amazing, simple burger (double Patti) and the bread was great. The fries were good and plenty. Pepsi was a can so... that is that. I only tried the classic sauce and it was so good. The team was very helpful. It was prepared quickly too. Read more

While living in LA, Umami was my favorite burger. In particular, the truffle burger. I was delighted to see we had a location in... Hudson Yards not too far away, although the reviews were rather lower than expected. Given the opportunity, I traveled over toexperience for myself. It is located in a food court with a separate bar that will make any cocktail you desire. I opted for aVesper from the Bond movies and the bartender complied with all the right ingredients. The wait on a Friday evening wasnon-existent and was served immediately. I ordered my favorite: truffle burger medium/rare only to be told it can only be served"well-done". This was my first indication something was afoot. I paid and visited the bar for the aforementioned cocktail. Umamithen kindly delivered my burger to me McDonald's style: wrapped in paper making the bun soggy. The over-cooked burger didn'tfair well either. It was good. Lacked the trufflyness I recall. But not what I remembered. Sadly this amounts to the rating itreceives. Good, but could be better. Much better. Read more
Excellent Burger. I mean Excellent!! the only reason for the 4 star review is the fact that I didn't want pickles and it was... covered in them. oh well, no big deal, but not perfect. I anticipate going back here. PERFECT lunch destination. Read more
Ordered on Uber Eats, order never arrived and you can't reach anyone to get info. Too bad, it looked pretty good but I won't... order again. Edit: I have contacted the third party app but it looks like you marked it as delivered because I just receivedthe charge. Including the tip. It was still impossible to reach anyone at your location.
