This is an amazing spot in Greenwich village. Treated my family to dinner and tried a variety of dishes - Dumpling platter, Khao... Soi, Red Curry, Pad Thai and the Steak. Amazing ambiance, wonderful staff and generous portions! First off, the wonderful staff were always on top of everything, from... the time they told us how long the wait will be, it didn?t take long tho. Then the ambiance was really nice. The restaurant waspacked on a Saturday night. I decided to try the mocktail, it?s worth it to upsize for additional $2. I leaned towards the mangosalad as my favorite of everything I had, it had authentic flavors, it could use some extra mangoes but just thinking about itmakes my mouth water. The calamari had some good dipping sauce, and the shrimp pad thai was a little to sweet for my taste butit was still good. The staff were attentive even with water refills. Lots of friends recommended this halal Thai restaurant to me & I had to try it out. I loved the restaurant a lot, stuff were... very nice. Restroom were very clean & decorated real rice. Now comes the food part; I ordered 1 snack, 1 tea, 1 dish 1 dessert.Bill came to more then 50$ for one person that?s real expensive! One thing I have to say is that the dessert I tried was friedice-cream & worse one I ever had. After only 1 bite I had to return it back. 15$ just went to trash, they also didn?t offer meanything else or asked if I want anything else on the house. That?s what they supposed to do. That?s a bummer! Besides theice-cream I actually enjoyed the rest of my food. But only because the price is high I am not gonna probably come thatoften. Another thing I have to say is that like all the other Asian places where after you say something they talk in theirlanguage & you feel like they r talking about u.
