Was not impressed with the service at all. We waited for over 30 minutes to place our order and that was only because we finally... flagged down a waitress and asked to order. Then waited another 30-40 minutes for our food which was nothing special. Meanwhilepeople around us that arrived after us had waitresses helping them the whole time making sure they got their food and drinksright away despite not being able to take our order. Although a nice place it really isn’t worth the time. Read more
Love this restaurant - I go multiple times every time I'm in NYC. The breakfast bowl is amazing and the bone broth is so... healing. The coffee is delicious. I wish there were more food items to choose from but everything is so good. The only reasonI didn't give five stars is because every time I've been there (half a dozen), service has been very slow and we've had to chasedown servers to refill coffee, order additional items, or get the check. The food is delicious. However the service is terrible. I come here a lot, because I use the spa often. Every single time I have... sat down to eat, the service has been awful. The staff all stand behind the counter chatting and do not pay any attention to thecustomers at the tables. I have seen so people get up and walk to the counter to get another drink, more water, the check, etc. It’s just really odd, because the spa is amazing!! But I wish the cafe staff were better trained to help the patrons &socialize with each other a little less. It’s just frustrating when you have to flag someone down for everything….even toorder your food. Read more
The name of this place does not match the actions of their employees. This establishment should feel embarrassed that they have... employees who are discriminating against customers. No one cares about your alleged wellness movement if you don’t treateveryone the same. This is not an inclusive and welcoming environment. I walked into this location to grab breakfast today onmy way home. The hostess who checked me in was nice. I assumed the rest of the process would go pretty seamlessly. I was seatedat a table along the wall. I sat there for a lengthy amount of time watching the waitresses behind the counter carry-on laughingjoking with each other. Completely ignoring me (One had red hair & the other w/a short bob). I thought, I’ll continue to justbe patient and see what happens. Because accidents can happen. Then, a white couple walked in and we’re promptly seated. Itonly took a matter of seconds for those same ladies to run over there and ask them what they wanted. I continued to be silent, thinking that someone would immediately see me after that. No. It again took a few more minutes before James, Who is not awaiter asked “ is everything OK do you need anything?” I asked for a waitress. The lady with the Bob then walked over withan attitude. Saying “ what did you want?” So rude. At this point no one even asked if I wanted a drink I wasn’t eventold Hello by the waitress. I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager. At this point I already knew I was leaving but wanted tolet the manager know why. Someone came from the back, Heard my story and offered me a latte. Wow. While she offered a coldrehearsed apology I didn’t really feel the genuine concerned for how her employees treated a customer. It almost appears thatthat behavior was tolerated. I watched the waitress in charge of making my latte, The same one who overlooked me… still serveother customers before she made my latte to go. Gross. I will say, James is a rare gem within this place. I do Read more

I went here for breakfast today. They brand themselves as a health-focused store/centre with the restaurant being a part of it.... There are good vegan options. The interiors are posh, waiters are friendly, the menu is limited and healthy, but the prices areslightly high (and thus misses the 5th star). I ate only the Nine Goddess curry, it was very fresh, warm, and felt"European". The thick orange coloured gravy was yummy, the vegetables were mildly cooked so as to retain their originaltaste. Maybe it had less oil and salt than a normal restaurant food has. Read more
