Food is generally good but they make takeout orders difficult. No easy access to where orders are picked up. Simple requests... like putting ketchup, salt, and pepper on a fried egg sandwich are ignored. Instead they give you dozens of packets. No wonderthey charge nearly $12 for a fried egg sandwich. Came here for a weekend brunch and it did NOT disappoint. Their benedicts are amazing. The eggs in purgatory was SO delicious I... still think about it from time to time!! Service was great; we sat outside and it was honestly really lovely. If you're lookingfor a good breakfast spot that's casual yet classy, this is the one!! Read more

We live in the neighborhood and the Viand has become a go to place for our Seamless orders. The food is great, the portions... large, and all extra instructions followed. I have found the same characteristics when I go there in person. Read more

Are outside. My Reuben was good but when did everybody stop serving them open face? Great potato salad. My dates burger was... good, the dining area inside looked nice, tables and booths. And no loud music! Read more

Having been a long time patron of the 72nd St branch glad to see they opened another branch on the west side. Pretty much the... same setup as the other branch. I usually go for the Philly cheesesteak but decided to try the turkey club this time. It wasmostly fine but the turkey seemed a little dry, which surprised me as they're usually better than this. Chalk it up to an offday. We also had the chicken pesto sandwich, which I thought had too little pesto. Double the amount and it would have beenperfect. Still better food than the diners in my current neighbourhood so not going to put me off. Like the outdoor seatingtoo. Read more

First time here and really liked it. It was on a Sunday and they were busy. But you can tell they work hard to make sure people... are being taken care of. Food was really good and great portions. Definitely we would go back. Read more

They have almost everything we would expected in a diner for breakfast. The Texas wrap, Greek omelette with bacons, pancakes... were good for the adults. The kids meals: chicken fingers with French fries, hot dog, and French toasts with soft drinks weregood for the kids. They did not have free refills for the kids soft drinks, but they had refill for coffee. The coffee was okay, but I prefer to go to a coffee shop for my morning coffee. Overall, it?s a decent breakfast experience. Read more

Best brunch place I've had in NYC! I recommend you buy off the Brunch Specials menu and you get a free drink. The Southern Eggs... Benedict (exquisite and luxurious gritz) and Dulce de Leche French Toast (they don't skimp - best for a sweet tooth) are myfavorites dishes! The atmosphere is lively on any Saturday or Sunday.
