We sat in the indoor part, which was nice, but we would have preferred the terrace. Unfortunately it was closed at the time. The... decor is lovely and is a very calm and quiet setting. A lovely change of pace from Times Square. Service was prompt and kind. Igot the steak and eggs, the steak was tender and had the best chimichurri sauce on top. Cooked perfectly. I got the eggsscambled. They were pretty plain and neutral, some seasoning would have been nice. Potatoes were not crispy but had some flavor.Portion size was great!! We had a great dinner at The Terrace before Broadway. We started at the bar and were treated to a great experience by Sonny and... Brian. My husband and I ordered a couple cocktails while waiting for our friend to arrive for our dinner reservation. Iordered the Next Day Air and my husband ordered the Smoky martini. The Next Day Air is a little on the sweet side, but you candefinitely taste the rum. I tried my husband's Smoky and while I don't usually gravitate toward martinis, this was an exceptionas it reminded me more of an old fashioned with gin. I loved it. Once our friend arrived we transitioned to the indoor diningarea and while the patio would have been nice, the quiet, classy ambiance of the indoor dining room was really great. Weordered the Deep Dish Focaccia for the table and it definitely earns the rave reviews I have seen from other reviewers. Next Iordered a small portion of the King Crab pasta dish and the Yellowfin Tuna Crudo. Both were super delicious. My husbandordered the skirt steak and my friend ordered the octopus with a side of steamed spinach. Everything was to their liking. Ourserver was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I did end up also trying their Signature Old Fashioned,which tasted exactly like an Old Fashioned should. We would have stayed for dessert...I hear the tiramisu is amazing, but wehad run out of time and needed to get to the theater for our show. Fun and unique food options! Vegan ?meat? sauce pasta and raw tuna app with thin mushrooms + almost a pesto sauce. Great... cocktails and such an enjoyable setting surrounded by a garden ???? A wine cellar vibe for the bar makes for a lovely settingtoo. Read more

This is a very beautiful place, they do have indoor and outdoor space, really love the atmosphere. Wish the the ppl who works... here are more friendly and welcoming, our host and waitress were pretty cold in my experience, and the place was empty when wewent. The food and drinks were ok. Definitely one of my favorite dining experiences in NYC despite its location in Times Square! The exceptional service, cuisine,... cocktails, and ambiance / setting is an oasis in tacky Times Square. Really good food with exceptional service. I went there when I was on a vegan diet. They accommodated all my tweaks and for the... dish which they forgot to tweak, they promptly got the new one & didn't charge for it. We had lunch here for Thanksgiving. There was the possibility to eat a la carte (recommended option), or choose a menu designed... specifically for the day (but in my opinion it was really too expensive).
