The owner/manager told me not to eat the pizza I was almost done with inside the bar which okay I get, but then I courteously... went outside to finish it and he came up to me about a minute later chastising me for eating outside his restaurant. We had a great time at this bar. Unfortunately Tiffany the bartender had a poor attitude. When I corrected her on a drink that I... ordered she served it at the other end of the bar And told me to go get it. Then said that?s what you get for being an a**hole.I work in the hospitality industry, no one would call someone an a**hole or tell them to walk to the other end of the bar to geta drink where I work. Very unprofessional, our party spent over $1k here to be treated like that. Go elsewhere! Go where theyhave trained professionals that do not drink behind the bar while working. Read more
Been here twice. Sat inside the first time and was great. Good food and drinks and a really good vibe. Sat outside the second... time and they serve beer in a plastic cup and it?s smaller than the glass you get when sitting inside. Everything is maybe 4 dollars more expensive than id like but i love the set up here. Simple menu but its solid. Good drink... options. Long bar. Good seating and tvs in smart spots for sports. Dropped by here before hitting the MET. All the food tasted great. The calamari was a huge order for the price. It was heavy on... the batter so don't expect lots of calamari flavor. The sweet chili sauce served on it had a bit of heat that snuck up but,nothing that was excessive. The biscuits and gravy could have come with another biscuit and had that thin sausage gravy and notthe thick gravy of the south. Flavor was spot on though. My wife suspects the biscuits of being Pillsbury, they were very flakyand layered vs. again a crumbly southern biscuit. Chicken and waffles was a good portion. The chicken, like the calamari, waswell breaded. The waffle is slathered in honey butter. There was a lot of it, and it was sweet, I didn't even use thesyrup. Overall a good experience, I will be back to try the desserts for sure, they look outstanding. Read more
This place has super friendly service, good selection of beers on tap, and great vibes. The nachos are the largest portion I've... ever come across, and are quite good. Two hungry people would be hard-pressed to finish them. Read more
