Restaurant took order on seamless and then 45 minutes later restaurant called to claim the address was out of delivery zone... (despite 10 blocks away). Told us we have to call seamless to get a refund, they couldn't do it even though they were the onecanceling. Made their delivery issue, our problem. Do not order from here! Read more

Always the best experience at Kati Roll Company. The chicken tikka; shammi and paneer rolls are so delicious with extra onions.... The mango lassis are unbelievably delicious. This is our go to place when we hit the city from upstate!! They catered for aparty at my house few years ago and they bring Amitabhs poster board for pics. Read more

This restaurant has been plagued with delivery issues for years. Years ago they had so many issues with their delivery. The... order would be completely wrong or when I would call to see where my order was, they would tell me they don't deliver. Back thenemployees working at the restaurant were super rude and I had to speak with/text the manager to get it right or my fooddelivered. Today I ordered delivery on chownow and the food came right but it took forever for the food to get delivered(30minutes after the eta provided). I called the restaurant and they were much nicer than I remember but still couldn't help mebecause they were pretty much at the mercy of a third party delivery service. Definitely an improvement from before but stillnot a great experience. Sadly the food arrived cold. I'm sure the food would be great if it didn't arrive cold everytime. Update: Now I'm really confused. They sent my order twice and only charged me once? Read more

They?ve great rolls especially the shami kebab/ potato/ chicken but wouldn?t recommend the paneer as it?s very bland also the... momos which has very little filling. Mango lassi and chai are good too. Read more

Wayyyy over priced for mediocre street food. Save your money and get a chipotle or shawarma. For $8+ dry tiny chicken roll, the... sauces must come with it instead of paying $0.50 for each. Read more

Meh. Basically a street cart vendor that decided to get itself a hole in the wall spot. Food wasn't terrible, but nothing... amazing. Rolls were a tad oily, meat was mediocre in both taste and freshness. Service was brusque but efficient. If you've gotsome time, go get yourself some excellent Halal guys a few blocks down the street. Superior taste and price. Read more

I love this place. Been going here for years, since the first one opened. The Taj Mahal beer is really good. The rolls are... delicious. The veggie rolls are delicious. And my husband likes the meat options to. The rolls are well priced and they arefilling. The restaurant also offers chai, lassi (Indian yogurt shakes), soft drinks and beer. In addition to Kati rolls theyalso serve rice bowls. There are 4 branches in NYC and all of them are good. Read more

If you miss the most famous Kolkata style ?Kathi Roll? in USA, then this is the place where you must give it a try. This is an... informal Eatery where you can get a fresh made kolkata/ India style wrap. They provide an wide variety of rolls, includingveggie option. I liked the beef- anda ( beef- egg) option, where as the ?kosha mangsho? and the chicken tikka options are alsoabsolutely yummy. Another must try to Pair with the roll is the fresh made, hot tea ( Indian style, with milk and cardamom ) and/the bottled lassi ( yogurt drink ). The wraps are perfect to eat as evening snack / dinner. The eatery deco is just perfect todeliver a cozy, friendly vibe. At the end, the staff works here are very helping and the price you pay is absolutely worth. Read more
