This is a stand-out favorite in an already solid neighborhood. Everything we've tried has been great. The jerk chicken is a... must; the bao and plantains are frequent repeat orders too. The entree portion sizes are generous and I'm always happy to haveleftovers. Read more

The food was truly delicious. Super filling too. I could only eat half a roti at the restaurant, needed to take the rest home... for a second meal later. Conch fritters and oxtail were delicious too Read more

Wasn?t expecting much tbh, but was pleasantly surprised by the craftsmanship and strong flavors of this Asian/Caribbean fusion... cuisine. It?s def. unique in its own right and the fusion works. The flavors are yummy and blend for a delightful bite. As thebuns may get soggy with delivery, I?d recommend dining in. For the other entrees, take out should hold well. They had a DJplaying 90s music which was cool. The service was good, more laid back and informal. I liked all the dishes we ordered so willlook to try different ones when we visit again. Overall, would def. go again. Read more

The Bun Hut is amazing. Met the chef tonight he is a humble Bahamian American that makes a wide array of Bahamian traditional... foods like cracked conch and Guava duff. First thing you notice is the clean decor and giant flag of The Bahamas out front. They had a DJ and my 2 friends and I had an amazing time. The Manhattan prices are decent -not super expensive and the staffwas pretty cool. Only been there this one time but we are already planning g to go back to this new restaurant. Read more

The dhal puri West Indian Goat Curry was on point! The meat was tender and perfectly spiced, and the sweet plantains provided... the balancing act. The dhal puri (wrap) was an original combination and reminded me fondly of the street snack I had growingup. Service was prompt and food well packaged for pick up option. I can?t wait to try the other dishes on the menu. Read more
