Great time here. I came here for dinner on a Sunday. The food was great I had a chicken quesadilla and the Temerario burger and... fries. They both looked and tasted great. It was also happy hour, something I was pleasantly surprised with it being a Sunday. Ihad a passion fruit margarita that was pretty good. Our waiter was friendly and attentive and I was there a long time and wasnever pressured to leave or order more things. I think those going here will enjoy it. Read more
Food here tastes like a bunch of good decisions when stocking up the kitchen with produce. Really fresh stuff. Even though the... ambiance was good, attention to detail lacks a little. The platanos and quesadillas are exactly what they should be, so ifyou’re craving platanos or quesadillas, this is your spot. The enchiladas were alright. Definitely recommend for a quick bite! First visit to this venue. A great addition to Chelsea: service is impeccable; prices are pocket-friendly. Good choice of... Mexican beers and very generous portions of wine by the glass. I had guacamole and chips. The chips were great: there werealmost no traces of oil despite being homemade. Guacamole itself had the right amount of spice but a bit salty. I had the "steakhuevos rancheros": presentation was beautiful; flavors were on point. My partner had "enchiladas verdes" and was raving aboutit. Would come back next time I'm in the neighborhood. Very noisy restaurant with subpar service. There is definitely much better Mexican with an even better atmosphere for cheaper in... the city. The charge for chips was stingy, the portions were small and the overall experience left me both hungry and with nodesire to return. Read more
