Inside of empanada was cold, ice cold, while the outside was hot and hard. Would not recommend. Go to Empanada Mama or somewhere... else. So disappointed. The chicken on the inside was very good and well seasoned but cold. Read more
Cute spot, good food. I made a joke a while back to a friend who bought a $5 empanada and it was so tiny, I said I'd "never do... that, I'd have to go and get my money back". Even though you can get a larger empanada for cheaper elsewhere, this ones contentswere very tasty, but the shell was a little too hard. I thought this was a unique idea - a poké in a fried taco shell. I wanted to try the curry and the short rib but everything... besides the shrimp and spicy tuna was left. The location with I find a bit jocose it can be pass unnoticed if you don't have your eyes wide open but is next to a small park... which makes it perfect to come here in the summertime. I eat the Spicy Chicken: chicken, chipotle peppers, tomatoes, onions,peppers and fresh basil which wasn't spicy, but it had a nice and good taste.I also order a argentine: Pat lafrienda groundbeef, onions, peppers, scallions, potatoes , olives and white dough, a bit salty but not bad.
