Pretty good. Amazing service, very very fresh fish. Got the sake tasting as well, only feedback is I wish there were more sushi... roll courses in replacement of the other heavier dishes. $800 for 2. Prices aren't that terrible Read more
$225 for 20 courses. Sakes are extremely overpriced. Don’t ever think about ordering a bottle here. You don’t need to drink... sake. It almost feels like a robbery. Nigiris (sushi pieces) are not impressive. Quite disappointing really. Iwashi (sardine)was extremely fishy (almost not edible) for myself who is a huge fan of blue fin fishes. Their rice is not flavorful, quitebland. They should feel huge shame that their best nigiri was a shrimp (I guess it was a botan ebi). Uni was okay but theportion was pathetic. Their tsumami pieces were quite awesome. It was significantly better than their nigiri piecesrelatively. Our favorite was black cod. The assorted sashimi plate was also quite nice to start the course with. Service wasflawless, interior could be so much better for the price and the location. There are so many other place that are cheaper butbetter in terms of the vibe and the finishing of the space. I will not be coming back, as this is not in a prime location butcharging the prime price, for sub-par level of sushi Omakase course. Unless you live around the area and like to diversify yoursushi with other gourmet foods, this would not be your favorite spot. Read more
Omakase for $185 includes 20 courses. Originally from Osaka, Chef Takeda-san has created a traditional menu of very high quality... nigiri and a rotating mix of native dishes like sobazushi, buri shabu shabu, Okinawa salmon, etc. The interiors and servicereally resemble a Tokyo sushiya, making this the top spot in the neighborhood Read more
This place was simply fantastic. Fresh, well prepared sushi and every Omakase piece was so flavorful. Chef Takeda prepared our... food in front of us and he was very humble and kind. Everyone here was gentle, knowledgeable, and friendly. I also loved thevibe and energy of the space. This space is intimate, cozy, and modern. It is now one my new favorite restaurants, and the bestsushi I have ever eaten. Overall I enjoyed a phenomenal meal and will definitely comeback! Read more
