I?ve sat and ate here before, no complaints or issues. Recently I?ve ordered twice from this tacobell. HORRIBLE food... preparation. I?m saying like I ordered a burrito and they couldn?t even fold it to close, the beans were spilling it was a mess.Secondly I?ve asked for specifics on my orders and they completely ignore it. I ordered a regular chalupa with no tomatoes orlettuce and they gave me a tortilla with cheese and black beans. When did I ever say to sub the meat? For a "hood" fast food joint, surprisingly good. The food is, well, as expected. If you like Taco Bell, it is consistent. What... really shines is the staff. Even though often understaffed, they are friendly with a good attitude. My guess is 2-3 deliveryorders for each person picking up for themselves. The down side is the bike delivery drivers parking right up to the door. Thedrivers are a good group, but give a little room, please. Oh, and get better lighting outside on the sidewalk. Read more
This Taco Bell is pretty quick with making orders. You can actually order alcohol at this location, which is different than... most. This location is right off the Times Square theater district area if you are looking for a cheap meal in the area. Read more
Restaurant is clean and relatively quick with your order. Really just a normal Taco Bell that happens to sell beer and some... spiked drinks. You can only order through the kiosks even though there are cash registers (why I gave 4 stars). I was lookingat the menu when an employee approached me and said I could only order through the kiosk. I just wanted to see what might bedifferent since this is a ?cantina? as well as the prices on the screen. I wasn?t ready to order as I had just walked in. This place is so cool. You can order at the counter or go through your options at the tablets then pay by credit card. This... place is a machine ? the assembly line is mesmerizing to watch and I was actually kind of surprised at how lovingly the burritosare folded. My one star down was the alcoholic drinks. Not a fan. But cute, trendy place for a quick, yummy bite. Read more
