This location is taking.a while to get into the swing of things. I really excited when this opened near me as the Chambers st... location always has a crazy line. 2x I've had grittiness in my salad, like it was very Earthy :-P Last time, I ordered on theapp with a challenge credit. When I got there the Takeout shelves were empty. No explanation from any employee for a bout 10mins. I finally asked the Cashier and she was kind enough to tell me the system was down, and to get in line. I asked someone ifI would still have to pay bc I was already charged, they said just write customer service and "they'll refund it right away" Guywho made my salad was very, but a different cashier rushed me to pay although the line wasn't bad. I told her I had a challengecredit and she showed me how to use the QR code by shaking my phone. When I got the receipt in email, I saw the credit didn'ttake effect and I wrote customer service who explained it was for online orders only but never apologized for not fulfilling anonline order or sending notification. Still haven't received credit for "canceled order" or challenge credit. Save yourself somestress by walking extra distance to Wall st or Chamber St location or better yet eating somewhere else. SG acts like the hotgirl, who is honoring you with any attention. There are several healthy tastier places to eat that don't constantly run out ofingredients. Read more
Generally, really delicious salad bowls...if and when they get the order right. Lately been noticing that ingredients or... dressings are missing despite being listed on the receipt or having to wait upwards of 40 minutes despite online orders statingthat they are ready to be picked up. Read more
Ordered on Uber eats, they didn?t include any chicken in my hot chicken plates and also didn?t include any vegetables on the... harvest bowl so it was just rice and chicken. Read more
Not celiacs safe - not gluten free Despite really great options, their bread is cross contaminating all down the food line and... is very unsafe for people with celiacs. A huge bummer considering their menu is almost entirely without gluten and their brandis about health and wellness lol. They?re basically taking a perfectly fine product and contaminating it by how they store theirbread on the line. If you have celiacs I?d recommend avoiding Sweetgreen, it?s too risky and I keep trying but I keep gettingsick. Read more
By far my favorite sweetgreen. Not just because the salads are delicious but because the staff and management here are so easy,... positive, and helpful. I always leave happy and with a delicious salad in-hand! Read more
Best location hands down! Juju and his team created such a wonderful experience. Yes I know it?s grab and go or dine in but the... hospitality and customer service was superb. My favorite location in the city. His team is amazing and of course the accuracy ofthe fresh wonderful taste of my bowls are a plus. You have to go! Mandatory edit: the staff has changed since my last review and the quality improved so much in such a short time. I am a big fan... of harvest bowl and usually add extra for sweet potatoes, blackened chicken and kale. Not only they add the ingredientsabundantly, sometimes they don?t even charge for the extras. Definitely enough to feed a family! I am typically a fan of salads joints, overpriced as they may be. It's not easy to make a... good salad, so I appreciate it whenever I find one. However, I will say, the staff was a little unhelpful in helping us redeeman advertised promotion. They were impatient, and just wanted to hurry us along even though there was nobody else in line. Weended up not being able to take advantage of a promotion even though the app said we could, because the staff didn't know how toprocess it. But other than that, pretty good. Read more
