This sweet green is horrible, extremely small portions, uncooked rice, dried out chicken, not to mention extremely small burned... up sweet potatoes. Like how?? How come the ones I?ve been to in brooklyn are better than this? This is Manhattan. Never cominghere again Read more

Salad was fresh but same problem with other reviews: portion are tiny!! $17 for half bowl of salad weighs like a puff of air?

Avoid this place. Tiny portion comparing to others branches. Disorganised and unhappy staff couldn?t remember the ingredients of... the most popular salads. One of staff literally throw few pieces of sweet potatoes on my salad, I had to ask for more. No breadavailable. Please make yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Read more

I honestly don't understand the hype around Sweet green. For $15, I'm getting a half filled, hastily made salad by a grumpy... employee served in a "sustainable" box. Sure SG team did a nice job of creating attractive restaurants with bright, colorful, healthy menu items with sustainably sourced ingredients and a loyal-following among youngsters. But what does that leave me, asa customer to feel good about, if I am not even semi-full with my order. It's not gonna taste mind-blowing either, becauseyou're paying for healthy food. So I wonder how many chances do I give SG till I finally get their "why" and considerdownloading their app. SG sure had it's golden period in the mid-2010s but it needs to realize that now it already has solidcompetition - just salad, chopt, cava, etc. do a great job delighting customers with better portions, equal quality &taste. Hope this sweet green doesn't turn into bittersweet green soon. Read more

All salads are made fresh... You can build one from scratch completely specifying your own ingredients, or you can choose one... off the menu. One slice of bread is supposed to come with the salad but they seem to sometimes forget. No butter available. They do serve meat on top of the salads as an option, so I don't know what the issue is with offering butter to go with the verydry bread. I would like more information on the salad dressings as to what kind of oil they're made with. I couldn't find thatinformation anywhere posted in the restaurant. Perhaps it is on the website. They do a brisk trade in pickups. You can orderoff the website and come there and pick it up. There is a limited selection of drinks. We have been there twice and lookforward to going again.
