Tasty and fresh salads, but untrained staff and overpriced. I created my own salad, which purely existed out of mixed greens,... some vegetables and chicken (even no bread or dressing or fancy toppings). I was charged a lot more then expected, for no clearreason - probably because I chose too many toppings (which were all raw veggies). I ordered chicken and Brussels. Brussels were burnt, sweet potato burnt and no chicken to be find. Ofcource u won?t call it a... chicken salad with 2pc of chicken in there!. The salad I had seems to have broken glasses in it. First something was wired crunchy then it cut my tongue. Bleeding from... eating the salad is awful. Never will buy from here again! Avoid this place!!! Read more
Please train the staff better! I?ve been a loyal sweetgreen customer for years, and I?ve been to multiple locations across the... country but this specific location is SO hit or miss. Today I ordered the hot honey chicken bowl and there was almost nochicken, no Kale and the sweet potatoes were completely burned, they were impossible to eat. We are paying good money for thesesalads and the quality is just terrible! I wish I could?ve gone back and talk to someone about it but I was exhausted andstarving. I am a loyal sweetgreen customer and generally stop by this location once a week when I'm in the office. Yesterday I ordered a... kale-caesar, one of my favorites, and was really disappointed and almost disgusted with the salad. The dressing was watered downand the chicken tasted different as well. Something just did not hit. If SG changes the quality of their ingredients, I willhave to sadly go elsewhere. Please know that your customers notice these changes, and there are plenty of overpriced saladoptions in NYC. Read more
Food was excellent, service was great. Maira was excellent and took care of our order swiftly and went out of her way to make... sure our salads came out the way we wanted them. Will come back for sure. Read more
