It's not great customer service - you can be the only person on line and 3 - 4 wait staff totally ignore you because they're too... busy chatting with each other. The food isn't all that good - my choice is Chop't - food is excellent (more choices) and thestaff is very friendly. Read more
Love this place and it?s philosophy. Sweetgreens is an eco chic chain. You can make your own bowl, choosing among different... proteins, vegetables, grains, and others. Ordered Togo through UberEats and it was great BUT they don't give you enough dressing. I would order extra.
I love the salads there.however, there is always a very long line and it's on the pricey side. If you order online for pick up,... plan well ahead in advance (3 hours) of your pick up time. The staff is super friendly which is not always the case in busymidtown popular lunch places. Read more
I had the Chicken Pesto Parm and it is delish! Careful with the red sause its very spicey, but in a good way!
