Food good. But how some of them managers treat there employees is horrible. I watch a manager Named lucnly her name tag was not... clear; stop a employee from making my salad to belittle him in front of me. she say stuff like move faster , do more , Stopover portioning making them nervous. If the need help in training or learning you talk to them with respect on the side not infront of me. This is like the 4th time I see her unprofessional speaking to the employees. There also a tall man I believe canbe the general manager Omg how he speaking to them all as if there not human beings this company need to fix that because wedon?t treat people like that. The presentation of my bowl was not that great, but the Fish bowl was delicious. I think Chopt' gives more food for the money,... but Sweetgreen salads are better. There was a very long line for online orders, deliveries, and walk ins. The staff worked hardand fast to push the lunch rush out the door. The young lady that worked the online and delivery orders on 11.27.22 wasexceptional. She was gracious and very helpful to everyone. Read more
Lunch ready in 15 mins when ordering online. Salads used to be better 2 years ago with bigger portions hence the 4 star. Still... very fast tasty and a healthy choice. Read more
Bad service. They were out of everything. Was charged same original price even though the chicken had to be substituted and... there was no bread. When asked if I could get a different bread that was clearly available, they said no and asked that I payextra. When I complained saying that I should at least get the other type of bread or not be charged the original price of theitem, the cashier did not agree and just charged me.
