Containers were will not filled with food. Basil greens were wilted. Rice not completely cooked. Paid almost $40.
Go to spot for lunch with peeps from the office. Typically get the Harvest Bowl and switch up the dressing. Before last week... it was easy to get in and order however last week this place was packed! Waited for about 15 minutes to get to the front of theline. There were only two individuals assisting the in-person crowd making salads while the Togo seemed to have more staffing. A bit odd to me. This is a hit or a miss but a complete miss with spicy broccoli. The biggest reason I come to Sweetgreen is spicy broccoli +... blackened chicken. Today, I had the smallest scoop of blackened child, a lemon wedge (I ask for lime?.) and the broccoli wasn?tseasoned. This is the second time I?ve had it without the spice in my broccoli. I love the food here! Healthy, fresh and delicious. During lunchtime, the line is crazy but you can always order online and then... pick up. The only downside is that the portion is definitely not as large as what they show on the pictures. I also like thatyou can directly import the calorie intake to apple health. Very convenient. I ordered the curry cauliflower. I am avidly into sweetgreen and I have been to several locations but this one has a major flaw... to the top quality SG image. BAD location to order online from because they skimped my portion. Also beware of asking them tomix-in the dressing because they will leave you hanging with no dressing and it won't be on the side. I haven't had the sameexperience with ordering in person. If you order on the app at this location, be sure to check your salad before you leave. Irecommend the 7th ave location for ordering on the app as they have better quality control. Read more
Just ordered from here for the first time. The delivery was not too bad for it to be from door dash. The salad was actually good... but they forgot to add the apples. The green salad dressing was not all that good. Luckily I ordered ranch dressing on the sideand that was ok. Both dressings were very runny. Probably would order from here if I was there to watch my salad being made. Read more
Keepin it real out here in Midtown Some pricey salads but definitely one of the freshest options in the city. The extra toppings... added on really makes a difference and the dressing is quite good. The staff is horrible. They just stand there and don't acknowledge you. I once stood on line while they cleaned the stations or... made to-go salads and walked off the line because there was no indication that anyone was going to help me at all. I stood therefor 5 minutes. When I get to-go orders they never mix in the goat cheese enough they leave it in a glob. These people just don'tcare about quality or customer service at all. Read more
