Had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The workers are rude, unfriendly and don?t talk. Your whole brand couldn?t be more trash than it was just a few years ago. Check out the ?salad? I received tonight for $17 1.... Where is the salad 2. David Chang definitely came through with this one. Had the tingly sweet potato + kelp salad with some spinach. I was wowed by... the flavours of the Momofuku Tingly Japanese sweet potatoes and the lime squeeze and lime cashew dressing. Combined with theother ingredients, this healthy bowl was a great find in Little Italy and definitely one to go back for. Don't have the drinksfrom the fountains though. This sweetgreen is one of my favorite of their locations. I love the open space inside. The others get packed and become chaotic... quickly during lunch time. The staff here is always sweet and friendly serving the freshest ingredients for a scrumptious salad.I love this place! Read more
Not expecting top tier service but good attitudes while getting your bowl made would be nice. Makes me not want to come here... because I feel like I can?t take the time to think of what I want and ask questions.
