AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I ordered online for the fish taco bowl and paid over $20 for it and it arrived with no fish. No... reasoning for why, no contact to let me know, or any way to resolve this issue. I was just given a bowl with no protein. I paidfor the most expensive protein and i got nothing. I was so sad and disappointed in the service especially since I lived far awayfrom this location. I walked all the way to this Sweetgreen location and showed them my bowl with no fish. They said no fishtoday and that was it. I asked well is there any other alternative? I paid for this protein. She said she had chicken and tofu.Nothing else so i went with the chicken, she scooped a tiny amount of chicken and put it in a bowl. Why not more chicken? I paidfor the fish protein which was the most expensive protein! I was stunned speechless. The lack of service, the uncaring staff,and the minimal adjustment makes me so upset and frustrated. This was my first time trying this place out and i was excited totry it out but this disappointment will reverb to all my friends and colleagues. Truly awful and disappointing place. Got salads at 11:45am on a Saturday. They had one person up front who was slow/new. Zero support from the rest of the team.... Several basic ingredients were missing. Arrived with one person in front of us, and it still took 30min to get our salads.Management needs to do way better in this location. Recommend people avoid until then. Read more
Tried to contact the restaurant for 2 months. Their industrial AC is blowing directly into a residential apartment. The noise... and dirt is unbearable, but the general manager doesn?t see the need to take any action. It would be so easy to move the AC afew inches. I stopped being a costumer. Read more
Absolutely ridiculous business. 60% of ingredients are not available! The most expensive warm plate with fish taco is about $16... - they just sold us bowl no fish no chips, no cabbage, no cilantro, half of arugula and they charged us$16.82. Wth????????????????????????????????? Read more
I?ve been a regular for months. I love the salads here. But this is the second time in the past two weeks that I find live worms... in Miso Bowl. Five stars! The absolute best salads. If you like leafy greens, there's nothing better. Great vegan options and tons of salad... topping additions from grilled tomatoes and eggplants to nuts and all kinds of fresh vegetables. I could not be more of a fan!Plus, even if there's is a line it moves quickly and their packaging and utensils are all plant based compostable. Why is this place popular? Long lines. SUPER LONG WAIT. Uncourteous servers. I ordered a signature salad - Thai Watermelon - and... it was missing the main ingredient: watermelon. The server complained about the establishment while throwing ingredients in mybowl (peach was a nice substitute), and we were ignored by the checkout woman. The tables in the seating area were filthy,though at the end someone did come to clean up. Fresh & Co. much better. Read more
