I didn't like my experience. 1. They were very short staffed. Employees were nice. 2. Wait was LONG. 3. They are routinely... missing ingredients and don't tell you soon enough. I would not have ordered the thing I got if I new it was missingingredients. 4. $35 for a salad and another thing missing key parts is terrible. Read more

The food is actually really good, in my opinion. On the pricier side for salad, but reasonable for New York City prices. Their... ingredients tend to be fresh, the dressings are good, and I like the pre-designed salads. There are a very solid number ofoptions for vegetarians. My main complaint is that when I order online (which I usually do), the portion size is very small. They fill about 50-75% of the bowl (you're rolling the dice), whereas if you go in-person you will get a nearly full bowl. It'sstill not that much food, so to have only ~60% of the bowl is a pretty small meal. Today I got a 50% full bowl, so I'm prettyunhappy, but it's way too annoying to go back. I'm going to have to open the bowl and check to make sure it's full when I'm inSweetgreen from now on. I recommend ordering in-person, though you do have to deal with the lines. Read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered a salad and it has been pending to wait for a driver. I understand that... the orders may be high, so I was willing to cancel my order. I was not able to contact sweetgreen nor the courier that isassigned to my order. I want a full refund, not a stupid $5.00 credit. That?s not enough of a credit in my opinion. It shouldn?tbe a hassle getting in contact with someone when there?s an issue with an order. The numbers are bogus, they redirect you to anautomated service where the only option to contact someone is via text. Read more

Welcome to the slowest service on planet earth. 30 people working in this place but it could take 10 minutes for someone to take... my order even if I?m the only one in line? the food is good and the staff is usually friendly but it really does not feel likethey prioritize the customer. Sometimes I feel like I?m inconveniencing them just by being in the store. Read more

I would give this location zero stars if I could. There is a lot to be unhappy with. I will start with the fact that they seem... to close early quite often. Like this weekend, when they closed before 8 PM. I asked why they closed early and was told it wasfor Columbus day. I never heard of a restaurant closing early the day before a holiday. I can tell that the workers areregularly pushing to close early or as fast as possible, because I've been in there 1 hour before closing and they are cleaningthe areas where the food trays sit while consolidating them and saying that they are out of many things. I see them sprayingcleaning solution and using wash rags right next to the food trays that they are giving to customers. This is extremelyunsanitary, and they could use a health inspection visit. When I saw what they were doing, I walked out. This place needs newmanagement and workers extremely badly. Read more

My daughter loves creating her salads from here. She chooses her perfect ingredients and she makes her most delicious salmon,... Kale salads. It's out of the way but it's always amazing. Read more

Been here 10+ times over the span of a few years, Consistently takes >20 minutes to order when there are only 2-3 people in... line. Always running out of ingredients. Never mixed well. Quinoa and rice typically stale. Apples typically old. Can?t evenorder online because they?ll just leave things out. Read more

I visited this location today and I won?t be back again. First I had to run back to my car to grab a mask, even though... vaccinated because they stress safety. First the lettuce that was provided to me were the last scraps. When I arrived in for thesecond go round there were workers standing idle and with that being said they could?ve been changing the lettuce so I didn?tget the last of whatever was there. Fast forward I ordered a kale Caesar salad with tofu. My bowl wasn?t even full to the fullline. Upset. Then I had to ask multiple times for a second dressing. The thing that topped it off for me was that this was myfirst time at this location so I asked the cashier to point me in the direction of the bags. She pointed directly at the lastbag on the counter. I would?ve taken it if it hadn?t been USED. When I went back and asked for a new bag she kindly walked meover and fluffed the used bag and said it wasn?t used it had other bags inside it?. WHICH MEANS IT WAS USED. In this Covid worldwe live in, and mask required store, I didn?t want a bag that has been touched by customers all day, and if I ask for a bag giveme just that. Anyway I left? and I won?t be back? SweetGreen isn?t so sweet. Read more
