Do not go to this location. They mark orders complete 30 minutes before they are ready. They had a group of 20 people waiting... for pick up and delivery orders that were all marked as complete. They did not prioritize the orders of people at the restaurantthat were waiting for a long time. We were told we could cancel our orders if we didn?t want to wait but that?s impossible whenit?s already as marked as complete. When we did get our salads they had an inch of liquid at the bottom, incorrect ingredients,and very small portions. We will be looking for a different salad place in this area. Read more
I ordered the harvest bowl salad that has the wild rice as an ingredient-and for the third time the rice was not cooked. I... thought I had to let you know. It was full of kernels that were hard which hurt my teeth and ruined my salad. I will notreturn to the store on86th street. Sweetgreens on E83 and 3 ave in Manhattan NY NY.I Ordered a custom fish toco bowel while at work, I opened up the bag there no... utensils or napkins in the bag. I opened up the salad everything was there besides the fish.I then contact Uber eats immediatelyand told them my issue.. I start to eat the salad with out the fish when I noticed the spinach,Aurgular just tast very dirtythey don't wash there vegetables. Loved my lunch here! Had an amazing tofu and portobello bowl with rice, beets, and so much more. It was more than I could eat!... Absolutely delicious. Enjoyed eating on the second floor and people-watching as we dined. My husband loved his meal, too. If Ilived nearby then I would be eating here quite often. In NY for a few days and I?ve been trying multiple salads from Chop&Go, all amazing, but since I keep seeing people around with... this salad I decided to give it a try, result: AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Some of the RUDEST STAFF I?ve seen in my life!And if you think the food will make up for it you?d be wrong! The first server dropped half an avocado face down on the counter,and threw it back in the salad of the guy behind me, while we were both speechless. The second server couldn?t possibly be anyworse than what she was, she threw toppings in my salad as if she was mad at them, all while making me pay before I could evenorder a drink, but by that point I didn?t wanna give them an extra dollar. She then literally threw the bowl at me and proceededto do the same with the guy behind me, I couldn?t even ask for a bag. And? The bowl was half empty. After I was done with it Iwas still hungry. I specifically asked for no cilantro in my salad but nowhere does it say that the sauce I chose had cilantroinside.Do yourself the favor to stay away from here for multiple reasons and go to Chop&Go instead. Sweetgreen is one of my go to places but DO NOT ever come to this place. Please see picture if it?s worth it. I definitely feel... that this was prepared poorly and is missing the quality. really great food, honestly have never been disappointed with the quality or amount of food given. my issues are with the... HORRIBLE service and wait time. The lobby is filled with 10-15 people waiting for their salads and there is only one person onthe floor working. that is so ridiculous! it isn?t the persons working fault that they?re on their own but it is definitely thecompany?s fault and they should instill better customer service and fast quality of service to ensure that their lobby is notcrowded with literally upwards of 20 people waiting for their salads. They prioritize the customers who did not place an onlineorder, which is fine, but then don?t offer the service to order online. I?m writing this review as it is my third time standingin this lobby waiting for more than 15 minutes after an online order was placed. The workers don?t even acknowledge anyone whois waiting for their food. I find it absolutely ridiculous. *update after i got my food* I got my food an hour after I placedthe order and got home to see that it wasn?t even cooked. so now, i am at home with my sweetgreen, cooking my sweetgreen. The food never disappoints but the wait time here is ridiculous. No matter what time of the day I place for pickup it is never... ready on time. What is the point of ordering ahead of time if you still have to wait 7-15 minutes for your food. I also wouldappreciate if the employees were more on top of making sure you are being attended to. I think it may be more beneficial to goelsewhere if you?re looking for efficiency despite the taste of the food. Read more
