A pretty place for candy, ice cream and custom-made desserts. It is nice to watch them make some of their specials. A lot of... choices, and the chocolate cheese cake we had was very good. The place also serves breakfast and has a pretty large seatingarea. A great place for sweet tooth visits. I like the ice cream and the cheesecake looked terrific. I especially appreciatedthe two girl who work there who were personable, informed and even remembered me from day to day. They're keepers. :) Read more
It is a good place. Goblets were tasty and sweet. Their staff is sweet too just like the confectionery's.. It is good for people... who have sweet tooth. We took oreo milkshake and mai tai Goblet. Both were fantastic. Read more

Yummy sweet treats. We got the Make A Wish milkshake. It was good. I thought it was going to be a more fancy presentation with... all the Sugar Factory hype. But it was still yummy. The A/C was broken in the shoppe. It was super hot in there. The chocolateitems were literally melting. I felt really bad for the people working there. But they were friendly and no complaints andprovided great service despite the broken A/C heat. Read more
Cute little place! Next time we have to try the cookies, they smelled delicious! My drink-chocolate cookie jar- was not as good... as I thought (just one thing was off about it) my kids didn't like it either. We will try another of these in another state. Read more
Cute place to bring your kids. Lots of interesting sweets. I would stay away from some of the candy that contain Gelatin. Gelato... looks yum. Got some coffee and a cinnamon roll. I've had better to be honest. It is very touristy since it's near Times Squarebut it is proper candy store if you're looking for a fix. Read more
