Food is great when they get it right. But I've both ordered online and gone in person and it is always a headache. My simple... orders online are always wrong - wrong chips, toasted when I said not to, just always something wrong. In person the guy makingmy sandwich did not know English and started at me with a blank face every time I said a topping I want, until another employeecame by and told him what I wanted. I say I don't want it toasted, and 5 seconds later an employee whisks it away to thetoaster. Just go to a different location, there's 10 other ones in walking distance. Read more

Whenever I attempt to order DoorDash at night, I have to call the store and ask them to prepare my sub. This is after my dasher... arrives and the meal hasn?t even started to be prepared.
