The owner didnt add the veggies which I placed in order and was very rude.
VERY rude staff, he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Bad customer service.
Complaint #1: The staff wasn't courteous and treated us like we are asking for something free. Complaint #2: I found a THREAD in... my sub. Complaint #3: When I called them back regarding the issue, they started discussing about the issue among themselveswhile I was on call. And they hung up on me! Went to get a sandwich yesterday! 2 guys working that day One was making my sandwich .! Same time the other behind him was... dusting the floor .!!!! Ask my sandwich maker if the other guy can stop it ! I do not don't want dust in mine .I know work inthe service industry in my past know the rules ! He got snappy ask me back " Where 5 star hotel" !
