I have eaten here several times in the last year. Unfortunately went there yesterday and the lazy worker Did not want to make... my sangwidge because it was 8:45 p.m. and they close at 9:00 p.m. He literally put his fingers across his throat like to tell meI was dead on getting my food. This is my first and last time ever trying Subway. I walked in here, bought a sandwich and a few sodas for everyone in the... office and as I reached out to get some straws, the Indian guys working there literally freaking screamed at me the following:?woman, you can?t take that many straws, put it back? in front of like 5 other customers. On a bad day, I would have absolutelymade a scene and would have demanded my money back but I just walked out of there and will make sure from now on to never stepfoot in this place ever again. Been here twice for lunch, on november 13 and 14 and both time are stressful. I ordered the slider combo that comes with 2... sliders. Why am I being asked how many slider I want? How come the staff doesn't know their menu? Yesterday I order a wrapwhere the ingredients are clearly listed on the menu. Again why am I being asked if I want guacamole on it? When it comes withguacamole, and as I'm checking out the manager is trying to push a larger size drink on me when I ordered a medium. I had to sayNO 3 times to get my point across. I have ordered quite a few subs at this Subway and the service has always been fantastic. The workers are very friendly and work... quickly to complete your order. I would recommend using the Subway mobile app during the restaurant's peak hours, but it'sdefinitely not an absolute necessity. Read more
The tall guy with the colored beard or whatever is so rude. You need to be nicer to customers. Honoring a simple request to put... paper in the pizza box before placing in the pizza will not kill you. And fyi it did not get stuck! Read more
