This subway closes at 9:30. The night shift lady does not allow anyone in after 9:30. I told her your open till 10:00pm. She... told me she the only staff on the clock and that she starts to close at 9pm. Read more
Usually only one person taking customers foods good but the size of the location is too small. You have to do a dance just to... maneuver through the line. It?s definitely not ADA compliant meaning if you?re in a wheelchair or walker it?s going to be ahassle abd nightmare. Read more
Horrible subway experience. There?s a worker there that rarely does her job. She loves slacking. Every time I go when she?s... working, she leaves the store unattended because she takes multiple long breaks. when she?s working it?s so easy for someone tosteal their products . She is also very lazy, I clearly saw bread in the back and when I tried to order a sandwich, she told methat there was no bread. She should definitely either be reprimanded or replaced. And I?m not trying to be mean or rude in anyway, she?s just not a good worker. Read more

Over 40 minutes it took for me to get out of this Subway. Great customer service. The lady was very apologetic. She was getting... orders from online and had a line that was pass the door. Should have at least 2 people working there. It's crazy! Read more
The store was empty with no employees around. I showed up at my pickup time, my order was not made. I was talking to employee... and she walks away with another employee that came back from store. One girl comes back toasts both sandwiches, when only onesuppose to be. I let it pass. Tells me she cant give me extra veggies I ordered , I let it pass. Tells me she my order has.l nosalami. I show her order on my phone. She then lies and tells me age can't give me salami because she put 1 extra slice ofturkey by mistake and she cant take it off. I do Deliveries almost every day, I went to this Subway to pick up an order at 10pm. The surprise was that "it was closed" even... when the order was already paid through Uber eats, the man inside refused to solve the problem in a very rude and hostile way. Read more
I order ahead of time on the app every day usually never have a problem. Until today. The worker today told me when I went to... pick up my order that they weren't opened. I had already placed my order from the app and paid and she wasn't going to give memy order claiming they weren't opened. Yet the hours say open at 8am and this was 10:30am. I showed her that my order wasaccepted and that I paid and that was when she realized she had to make my order. I ordered a tuna melt. Well she didn't evenbother to heat it up and it was just thrown together. On top of it the cookies I ordered weren't even ready so I had to go withcookies I don't even like. I love going to this place every day but this experience with this one worker (this is the secondtime she's pulled this with me) made me give it a low review. Read more
