You should avoid this place at all cost. There is one specific employee who probably should not have taken the job or any job.... We have 3 families at this store after visiting metropolitan museum. The employee said you should have read our menu beforewalking in the store, when asked what are the options of bread. After the order of first family taken care by another nice lady,this employee claimed one group should have only one order and refused to take order from the other family in the group. He alsoyelled some Asian hatred words and claimed someone yelled at him. All customers at the scene walked away from that store, oneblack lady said "he probably should not have taken the job". I went to the one on 85th it clean their, staff was nice and professional and I had a veggie patty foot long there with aioli... sauce, black olives, red onions, lettuce and tomatoes on the Italian herb and cheese bread. Read more

Since when does Subway Sandwich shop close down at 2PM so staff could take their lunch break???? I stopped to get a order for my... family and told sorry, we're closed till 3PM. I'll take my business some place else from now on. This happened at 1256Lexington Ave. at 2PM Read more

So disappointed. ???? Extremely rude stuff ???? to be exact... there is one guy who always has issues with customers. Before i... was just ignored him. getting my sandwich and leave. but today he was so mean and disrespectful i just left, didn't even arguewith him and obviously couldn't ordered anything. Healthy fast food at market price! Broken service & policies are not limited to this location. Loyalty cards are cancelled at... your loss, without notice. No accountability, with circular finger pointing. Policy is to ignore customer problems, and theywill go away. Seems to be working. As long as Subway makes no mistakes, you should be fine; caveat emptor. Read more

Yesterday, I went to buy, a tuna sandwich, and this is ter 3 time, i go, there at 8:30 pm and before, and I work around. But... this persons, employees, at night time, and I think, they, don't want to sell to the, customers, what the customers wants, whocan tell me that a subway store, like this don't have tuna at the time I just say, I said, I just hope, the person in chargeread this, and speak with this persons, And I know they have it, just not want to go to get another fresh tuna. Subway?s food is about as standard as it comes. Cheap, quick, and you know what you?re getting. Every Subway sandwich I?ve had... tastes the same, which is cool. It was no different here. I gave this location 3* due to a really slow process. There were 2employees and I was the only customer in the store. It took almost 10 minutes for them to make a sandwich and they argued thewhole time about the process. Read more
