Reviews for Subway in New York, NY
I walked into the restaurant and showed the gentleman my phone as I am a delivery person and I do this for every restaurant as I... have on the mask , he then asked for the names that I was picking up, I gave him the names, he then demanded that I give him myphone. I looked him in the face puzzled as to why, he then asked if I had a problem to which I told him that I showed him myphone as well as given him the names. Not liking the response he refused to give me the customers food and told me to get outthe store as I was contacting Grubhub. Even as a customer I would never go back into a Subway. His disrespect and utterdisregard for the customer is unacceptable. Customer service training should be revisited at this store! Read more
No one should have to go through this much hassle and rudeness when ordering a sandwich. I will never go back there again.
Rude. Tried to overcharge me for a third time. Do NOT go there.
Me and my friends went here to get lunch (sandwiches). I got a sandwich with turkey and some other stuff. It was AMAZING. It was... a foot long and 10 bucks. I thought it was expensive, but maybs thats every Subway? When you order online from them, it alwaysgoes wrong. So I strongly suggest that if you want to buy something here, then go and physically get it. Read more
My veggie wrap was not bad, it's been awhile so it was not as appealing as before.
Every single time we order from this Subway, the order is wrong. Today we were given two completely incorrect sandwiches and... when I called to tell the employees they said we were the ones that were wrong and he made our sandwiches perfect and that if Iwanted a refund or new sandwich I would have to bring it back to the store. Even though I ordered it for delivery. He said hewould not do anything. I wish I could give zero stars. Read more
Meh... Had a craving but if I had better sense I'd skip this particular spot. Flies were buzzing over the uncovered condiments... and meat. I mean seriously... Even fake being sanitary y'all! Also I know that they're trained a certain way but this place isdefinitely a meat and tomato slice counter. They seriously SKIMP out on how much is on a sandwich. Steak and cheese: 2 smallscoops of meat. A footlong: only 4 slices of tomato... No matter how small the slice. Spicy Italian: only 4 slices of eachmeat. It's funny how they try to space out the pickles and olives to make it look like a full footlong sandwich. Seriously, don't be cheap about it... I'm still paying a 11 bucks for a footlong. Read more
