Just found a hair in my sandwhich for the 5th consecutive time.
It's hit and miss but overall if there's no other shop around it's ok.
Always a problem at this location had leave my sandwich today! Always rushing putting things I don?t even eat on my sandwich.
Always an issue at this location. I placed a mobile order and she told me I didn?t place it until after I arrived. She also... tried to say someone picked up my food. If I didn?t send it how in the hell would I know what time to come pick it up? The ladyhere is consistently rude and unprofessional. If I can give this subways 0 stars I would! I ordered 2 sandwiches for my son and I through Seamless and they messed up my... orders so bad!! They literally only added bologna to one of the sandwiches meanwhile the Cold Cut Combo comes with more thanthat. I called them to tell them they messed up my order and the woman who answered me LITERALLY LAUGHED OVER THE PHONE AND HUNGUP ON ME. I then called again and she passed the phone to a man and he answered and they were then both screaming at me throughthe phone. Did not let me speak what so ever! the amount of UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SURPASSED THE LIMIT. Only God knowshow they VIOLATED ME. Hi I just made an order thru Uber Eats to this location. Delivery was perfect. But, my food got here cold and I had order for an... Italian bread and instead I got some wheatbread with nuts bread. This is why Im scoring it a 2 because of lack of attention toan order. What if I was allergic to this topping on this wheat bread? It would have been a complete waste of my money. Avoid this location. As others have said, there's always an issue here...he store is always understaffed, so the service is... extremely slow, and the workers usually can't speak good English, so communication is always poor. Spend your money elsewhere. Read more
