I think the day I went they had some new employees they were training because the service was a little iffy. I ordered two... sandwiches through the app. I didn't realize that they actually ignore app orders until the time shown on your screen. Eventhough they weren't busy and no one was in the store they weren't making my sandwiches. So I went to ask them (which was no bigdeal) and I was watching them make the sandwiches, they were confusing the two by putting the different toppings on the wrongsandwiches. It happens, honesty mistake. The store manager at the time was very professional and helpful and remade thesandwiches. And everything was fine. I'm going to go back to see how those new employees are doing and maybe change my rating. Read more

Ordered through the mobile app and selected not to have my bread toasted. Then added in special instructions for them not to... toast the bread of my sandwich as previously instructed by a employee at that location to ensure it is seen and not roasted.Arrived to pick up my sandwich and my bread and entire sandwich had been toasted and warmed.
