This store employee was extremely rude. I ordered food on the subway.com website and used a coupon code which the website... honored. I get there for him to tell me that the order was cancelled because they didn't accept the code. ITS CLEARLY 10:30pm and I walked literally 10 Blocks from my campus on a rainy day to this store because I am hungry. It... indicates on the online schedule provided and also on the outside schedule provided as well by the store that on Tuesday theyclose at 11pm. As I walk inside the man behind the counter has a very rude demeanor towards me and says they are closed!! Firstoff the food was still out such as the condiments and breads and the lights were on and the door was not locked. Second off Iasked why and that it says online and on the outside schedule that they close at 11pm he then responded in a very rude way thatHE WANTS TO CLOSE NOW AND THATS HOW HE WANTS IT. I expected him to at least apologize for the inconvenience in a respectfulmanner, as for he didn?t he was VERY rude BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD HOSPITALITY & VERY RUDE NEVER EVER COMING BACK HERE I WILLREPORT THIS COORPORATE & ALSO TWITTER NEVER EVER CAME ACROSS ANYTHING LIKE THIS. I've been here a few times, and I must say.. Not the best subway. There work space is dirty, they kicked me out saying they... close at 10 when online they close at 11 all while people where sitting down eating, I asked for a cup for water and said that Ihad to pay for it like I was getting a soft drink! Disgusting subways location. Worst customer service at this location. Fake fliers posted up in the front of location false... advertising display of sales when you go inside the people say no more so why not take the sign down , then say no that is onlyfor hospital but it does not say that on the sign liars. Found pieces of hair in my salad today and as i confronted the employees at the time there response was that "it is sometines... just in the salad, it isn't our fault." The employee that had made the salad for me was confrontational and believed that i wasseeking a free meal. I hope the establishment sees the video to determine i am not. Also the fact that the employees stated thatit is just sometimes in the salad is alarming for a restaurant there shouldn't be sometimes hair in my salad.
