We saw employees using the restrooms but when we asked about it they told us that they were unavailable. I would agree that... allowing random pedestrian using the bathroom is not OK (there is a cost involved in maintaining them), but we dined in (2sandwiches, meal stile) and therefore an exception had to be made.
