I don't know what it is but this location never fills your cup up to the top. Im paying over $7 for a medium size drink I... expect to atleast have my cup filled, especially when it's an ice drink and I don't need to worry about burning myself. I waited25min for an order and when I asked if I can have a refund because I am running late, my drink was made within 3min. I havegiven this location several chances but 5 is enough. Read more

This used to be such a nice store with nice seating, friendly staff, decent restroom. I went there a lot and was so excited... about the renovation. What a disappointment that was. No more seating, just a grab and go. Not even a standing table to holdyour cup. What a decline. Very sad! Read more
