Worst Starbucks ever!!!! I asked for a. Radium peppermint mocha and the girl said there was no whip cream for the medium but... only if I asked for the grande size. After paid she said there was no almond milk and to pay an extra charge for soy milk.Instead of the grande size I paid for, the girl gave me a small size? I will never come at this shop again? 3 customers in the store, took 16 minutes to order and 20 MINUTES to get my drink (Americano) they were talking and restocking... instead of taking our drinks and making them. Reminds me why I hate Starbucks. Read more

The staff were friendly but they are overwhelmed with mobile orders. I waited an additional 20 minutes after my order was... suppose to be ready and nothing. I had to request a refund. Read more

Original review can be found below; however, due to the Store Manager?s response I cannot in good conscience leave a single... lousy star as representative of what the Store Manager did to change my opinion about this establishment. Leaving a lastingimpression is critical in the world of customer service. My last impression is that if you are not satisfied with yourexperience here, they will make it right. It was a tough hurdle to overcome. Changing my original impression wasn?t going to beeasy, but it happened. Customers want to be heard when their expectations aren?t met and in my original review that neveroccurred. Starbucks reached out after complaining and they addressed our concerns with kindness, humility, and understanding.This isn?t always the case and it?s a shame when it isn?t, because it?s not that difficult. Thank you Devon. Looking forward tocoming back and I?ll be sure to encourage others to do the same. ?????????original???????? Not only is their onlineinventory/menu inaccurate, they literally have the worst customer service of any of the hundred Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Ifa morning rush is too much for this staff, they should retrain our rehire. Maybe she can work in the back where she doesn?tneed to interact with people. With dozens of options surrounding this black hole of service you have no reason to waste yourmoney here or you?re likely to be following me with your own 1 Star review.
