Omg my experience each and every time at this branch is always on point. Melissa is so fantastic, amazing, polite each and every... time I am there, not only to me but also other customers. The service she provides speaks volume to the way this franchisefunctions on a day to day. The entire staff goes above and beyond, which is super. I love starbucks period! This store that I am at #7263 I'm not very fond of this Starbucks and it's my first time at this... location. First off the music is way too loud the cashier could barely hear what I ordered. The staff is not very friendly theylook like they dont want to be there, and I get it sometimes you're just not in the mood but it shouldn't be visibly shown infront of customers. There's a lot of open space and not enough seating. I stayed for a little over an hour I didn't see not onstaff member wipe down the counter with the sugar and milk and stuff, yet. The line setup is not clear and it looks like they'rehaving some unfinished repairs are being done and yet over an hour I still haven't seen anyone working on it. We ordered a spinach and feta wrap. We waited for 20 minutes. We then had to ask if it was coming soon. At that point we... realised our order had been forgotten. The food was prepared earlier and took a couple of minutes to recieve after that. Foodtastes fine. Read more

This location is on 45th in Times square. The service was great and the baristas are very courteous. I used my birthday... redemption from my phone app, for my grande salted caramel mocha. Even though i live in Texas, there was not a problem. Andif you ever gone to the Starbucks then you know the lines are always long. Even though there was a line here the wait was fairlyeasy and not long at all I think I was out in less than 5 minutes. And the coffee tasted great no adjustments needed to be made.Great location. 3 weeks ago, I was visiting a friend in long island and on my way back home(Albany), I made a quick stop before heading to port... authority. It was such a positive vibe. Good music, wasn't busy and all the baristas seem to be in a good mood..one was singingto himself who had a lovely voice, my cashier greeted me with a big smile and they warmed up my brownie which I love when theyask!
