Came in to order a simple coffee, barista who took my order was more concerned with talking to her co-workers and singing... (rather poorly) than helping me. She continued to talk and sing over the cup while making my coffee. I didn?t want it because ofthat. Of course she threw her fake hair to the side and gave me attitude. The manager refunded me. Just came from there, not sure if Aliza on register was new but I order a drink and after multiple times of repeating my order... and even her repeating back to me she still made wrong. Wanted to go back for a refund but not worth my time she seem to have anattitude. I guess Starbucks is not for me anymore Read more
The slowest and least helpful people.. they really need someone to fire their old time employees that have built up this bad... attitude and ethics and get someone to run the place efficiently. Personally I?m searching for a quick alternative , too manybad experiences there. Read more
What is going on with Newyork City Starbucks! No restrooms.. Not particularly clean. The baristas are not so great... I... understand they are busy.... Order food with my Tea and had to wait a long time for my food... they were making regulars thereorders first. I understand loyalty. Absolutely love Starbucks!!!! Fantastic staff who are extremely attentive to their customers. Fresh food, although there can be... a larger selection in my humble opinion. Otherwise, a very good experience. Fast service and the order did not take long at alleven though there were many, many people in the store at the time we were there having lunch. Read more

I would like to start by saying that Starbucks company has refunded my order for the inconvenience i received. But on that note... check your orders to make sure they are making your drink correctly. I would also like to add that their's a barista that workstheir at night that clearly has a problem he always rude to me, Iook out coffee drinkers! He dont care to get your drinks right! Read more
