Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Waited 15 minutes my order and there were already a dozen orders by the counter. You need to... search for your order at the counter and grabbing other's people cups until you find yours as they don't announce your name loudenough to be heard. Finally got tired of the cup-grabbing game and requested a refund. Read more

Why does this starbucks close their dining area upstairs way too early? We got here before 4PM and everybody had to eat... downstairs. On one table.
