I?ve gone to this location on 3 separate occasions and my order was wrong every time. The staff is very nice and they fix it but... honestly what is the point of having a mobile only location. If you have to sit there and wait for your order to be remade everytime. Read more

Coffee is just regular Starbucks coffee. Staffs are nice. But the mobile system here needs improvement. I waited almost 30... minutes at the store for the coffee that I ordered 15mins before my arrival. Read more

I?ve heard they put the slow employees at the mobile order locations because they can?t deal with a high volume of people ? the... rumors are true. If you want your morning inconvenienced and want to wait 15 minutes for an espresso, go here! Read more

As others have discussed the staff is super friendly but the wait is ridiculous and twice now they've messed up my order. For... the amount of money that they charge for specialty coffees there should be a lot more attention to detail. My coworker hascomplained about this location several times as well. I'm no longer ordering from this location, even though it's a lot closerto my office building. They need to retrain their staff... No foam means no foam! Read more

I love this spot/concept but they've recently become popular and it's just way too overloaded now. Dozens of people waiting 15+... minutes for their coffee and the employees are drowning in drinks that haven't been picked up. The employees are incrediblynice and aren't to blame, the systems just too bogged down by a million orders coming in. Read more

I agree with other reviewers, the concept isn't working. All the details you add like sugar amount or milk foam is just skipped,... it takes them too long to do so they just skip it. Starbucks manager please make sweeteners readily available like it wasbefore, with napkins etc. This is not a manhattan worthy way of running a coffee shop. Read more

Staff is super friendly. But there has to be a better way to run a coffee shop. My drip coffee has to wait in line with the... extravagant and time consuming specialty orders. At a non mobile store, the cashier just turns around and pours my order and I?mfree to go. Here I?m waiting like 10 mins. They have like five people standing around usually - someone could be doing the quickhits. Read more
