Today I walked into Starbucks with glee AND INSTANTLY 17 ZARA EMPLOYEES SHOUTED DEROGATORY LANGUAGE AT ME AND MY MOM WHO IS HARD... OF HEARING. Anyway we ordered our usuals two extra large waters with no ice Luke warm and it had a suspicious color. The liquidwas thicker then usual it seems they added MILK to my WATER I GOT SO ANGRY I WALKED UP TO THE EMPLOYEE AND THREW THE MILKY WATERAT HER AND ONTO THE REST OF THE STAFF NEVER GOING AGAIN I will continue ordering my usual PS Apparently the MILK WAS NOT MILK ITWAS ???? THREE OF THE 5 employees CALLED ME TELLING ME THEY ARE PREGNANT AND I AM THE FATHER ITS NOT EVEN MY ???? WHAT. I WILLNOT PAY CHILD SUPPORT I AM SUING. Overall nice experience!???????????????????????? I found myself stuck in the city for most of the day due to being a chauffer for an appt that wasn't mine, and wasn't quite sure... how I'd be able to work throughout the day. The lovely folk at this Starbucks let me camp out at one of their tables for a goodcouple hours and kept the pumpkin spice and the wifi flowing. They don't have any outlets, but if you don't carry a battery packwith you I don't know what you're doing. The baristas were all lively and friendly and were quick with both food and drinkorders. The girl who was making drinks was speedy and great at multitasking. She really wanted to make sure my drink was made correctly... due to a printer error. I?m not sure if she was in charge but she was helping her coworkers too. I didn?t get her name but itwas nice to see :) Read more
I typically have no issue with this Starbucks as I go there often. Today though, I needed to use the restroom and one of the two... restrooms was out of order due to a plumbing issue they were working on. The other restroom was fully functional but designatedfor Employee use only. When I asked to use it, they refused. Under the circumstances, I find that inexcusable. The storelikely has two restrooms due to a DOB requirement based on their seating capacity. So refusing to allow their paying customersto use their employee only designated restroom for a brief period of time is why I am giving this store 1 star. Pitiful. Read more
I showed my vaccine when I ordered my drink to enjoy it seated, the barista said it wasn?t necessary so I put it away. Twenty... minutes later the same man asked me for it *AGAIN* and I told him I showed it to you before and he tried to ask me for it againtwo more times. Meanwhile, the tables are sticky and the place is a mess. The photo I provided shows it was so bad their waseven a dirty homeless person laying down in the corner. The hypocrisy is richer than the people who live in Beverly Hills, mycompany and I left looking at each other like ?was he being serious??. Starbucks as a company will hear about this, no way theywant to raise prices, offer worse services, and take away services like a milk bar. As a consumer it is completely unacceptable,point blank.
