So disappointed. Never in life has Starbucks let me down like this. I ordered a pink drink and caramel frappe. Something I... always order on 42nd location without a problem. Upon arrival the energy was horrible. First the Cashier with the crazybutterflies on her eye lids. When the customer before me told her that her coffee should?ve been iced instead of hot she rolledher eyes at her while taking the cup back and didn?t even bother telling the baristas to remake her drink. She then proceeds totake my order. She?s having side convo with the barista about how annoyed she is in front of myself and the customers. Then Irealize the baristas attitude is Just as bad. I politely ask her to add coconut milk to my pink drink and she gives me aseparate cup of coconut milk. I don?t know where or how she expected me to mix it like this isn?t her job but we kindly gave itback and asked her to dispose it. We were so disappointed we didn?t even request a refund. All the while the customer who theygave the wrong coffee too was still waiting to be serviced smh. Terrible service maybe it?s just the weekend staff but thislocation is thumbs down for sure! This is by far my favorite Starbucks. Each staff member is so friendly and welcoming. I?m a nurse and work long hours, but I can... always rely on Jen having my coffee order ready when I get there in the mornings. She truly goes above and beyond and I can?tsay enough THANK YOUs. Read more

This is the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. They mess up the drinks every time no matter how simple. Example I order vanilla... sweet cream cold brew, I taste no vanilla. I ask barista if he could add more vanilla. He says ?I didn?t put any, you had to askfor that when you ordered?. So I point to label that says ?vanilla sweet cream cold brew? and tell him but it?s right here inthe name of the drink. Then he adds the vanilla?..kind you he called out vanilla sweet cream cold brew with my name momentsbefore and it was empty at the time. Read more
Visited this location was my stop on my way to work before the pandemic but not only are the staff super friendly and fast but... the drinks are awesome had a White Hot Chocolate and my sister had a Traditional Hot Chocolate and our new favourite Sugar Plumcheese Danish which were scrumptious!!?????????????????????
