So disappointed. Never in life has Starbucks let me down like this. I ordered a pink drink and caramel frappe. Something I... always order on 42nd location without a problem. Upon arrival the energy was horrible. First the Cashier with the crazybutterflies on her eye lids. When the customer before me told her that her coffee should?ve been iced instead of hot she rolledher eyes at her while taking the cup back and didn?t even bother telling the baristas to remake her drink. She then proceeds totake my order. She?s having side convo with the barista about how annoyed she is in front of myself and the customers. Then Irealize the baristas attitude is Just as bad. I politely ask her to add coconut milk to my pink drink and she gives me aseparate cup of coconut milk. I don?t know where or how she expected me to mix it like this isn?t her job but we kindly gave itback and asked her to dispose it. We were so disappointed we didn?t even request a refund. All the while the customer who theygave the wrong coffee too was still waiting to be serviced smh. Terrible service maybe it?s just the weekend staff but thislocation is thumbs down for sure!
