The experience tonight I had was absolutely horrible. I've been here before and there hasn't been a problem until tonight. I... came in there with my friends (asians) and this older man was extremely racist towards us. He huffed, scowled, and had anattitude the entire time we were ordering, even saying "I don't understand" even when we spoke perfect English, with little tono accent. Eventually, the racist man got our order and continued to give us nasty looks until we got our completed order andleft. What made us know, for sure, that he was racist, was the fact that the people that came after us (whether it was blackpeople, white people, etcetera) he was absolute kind and smiling at them and giving them a five-star service. I ordered using the Starbucks app, it says there that this store is open (around 9 pm). When I got there, the store is closed... and the staff are cleaning so I knocked and explained my situation. They asked me to go inside then they processed my return,they took my debit card, the one I used to order and done. When I got home and looked at my bank acc, there was no return fromthat store. And when I looked at the receipt, the debit ending is not my debit number. I don?t know whose debit number was inthe receipt. I should have checked, but shouldn?t they be doing their job in the first place? Read more

8:35 in the morning and still closed. The employees are inside taking ALL there time to open. There are more than 20 People... waiting for their coffe. When It is finally open, I was the first, rudely ask what a I want to order. The thinked they wheremaking me a favour instead of selling me. A shame. Read more

Unacceptable customer service! Cut off your attitude towards the customer, it is inappropriate! Lady who sits right by the... entrance is all time on her phone (and she sits on a chair, checking her phone). Therefore when I entered the shop I simplypassed by and didn't even notice her (sitting in the chair on her phone). I approached the registry and she started literallyYELLING at me that she has to check my temperature. Who gave you right to yell or scream to a stranger, but first of all, at acustomer, lady? That is just crazy, such a person has no right to work in customer service. I wish she will be fired with all myheart. Second. When I finally made it to the register to order there was no hi, no friendly greeting. Nothing! It is just wow!Than they write down my phone number and my name for God knows reason without any normal explanation. Third. I was told to sitand wait for my order. And guess what Noone called my name when it was ready. I waited about 5 minutes and then checked itmyself and yes, it was there. Without any call. I am furious. It is the worst experience in the Starbucks. Will never come backto this particular location and do not recommendit to you.
