The baristas at this location, at least in the evenings don't prioritize the customer at all. They're more interested in busy... work while customers wait around for their orders, very sluggish, slow & generally inconsiderate. To top it off, I ordered atrenta drink in the store, they were out of the right cups, yet they knowingly accepted my order, almost 10 minutes later, theyask me if 2x a smaller size is ok, which I agreed to, after 15 more minutes of watching them talk & clean I couldn't wait anylonger, I left empty handed without my drink, a complete waste of $5+ dollars. Ordered 2 chai lattes. After 20 minutes 2 drinks were placed on the counter and the named called was Cathy. After another 10... minutes my name was called. I challenged the staff member about calling the wrong name and was abruptly told my name had beencalled twice, no it had not been called twice and I was basically dismissed. To make matters worse the chai was almostcompletely tasteless. Never again. Read more

Very small Starbucks location: I strongly recommend you either order online or just come and grad something. No space to sit... down or catch a breath, unfortunately. Read more

This is one of three Starbucks in a two block radius. This location has a staff that doesn't really care about appearance. ... They are slow, even with mobile orders. There is always a line. The staff is nice, but not polished. There are very fewplaces to sit and not a comfortable environment. Read more
We stay across the street at the Hilton almost every time we are in the city, which is often by the way and I always go to this... Starbucks once a day when in town. Have usually had a very good experience except it is often very busy. Read more
Sadly one of the worst Starbucks in midtown. You have to virtually wrangle your order from these people. Complete chaotic... nightmare. Order ahead virtually worthless as they aren?t checking stickers for food. Some friendly staff, some really reallynot. Go elsewhere if you can Read more
