The baristas at this location, at least in the evenings don't prioritize the customer at all. They're more interested in busy... work while customers wait around for their orders, very sluggish, slow & generally inconsiderate. To top it off, I ordered atrenta drink in the store, they were out of the right cups, yet they knowingly accepted my order, almost 10 minutes later, theyask me if 2x a smaller size is ok, which I agreed to, after 15 more minutes of watching them talk & clean I couldn't wait anylonger, I left empty handed without my drink, a complete waste of $5+ dollars. Ordered 2 chai lattes. After 20 minutes 2 drinks were placed on the counter and the named called was Cathy. After another 10... minutes my name was called. I challenged the staff member about calling the wrong name and was abruptly told my name had beencalled twice, no it had not been called twice and I was basically dismissed.
